Project Essence:

The project involves the production of an innovative polymer material from relatively cheap coal byproducts with unique characteristics:

• high melting point;
• elasticity;
• high impact strength;
• fire redundancy

The main products of the project are pipes, which significantly outperform PP, PVC, and PE pipes in terms of specifications at comparable prices. Similar alternatives (steel, fiberglass pipes and CPVC pipes) are several times more expensive. The products have the following advantages:

• high chemical resistance (use in aggressive environments);
• high pressure resistance;
• thermal stability;
• low electrical resistance (transportation of dry explosives);
• abrasion resistance;
• durability (pipes are functioning for over 10 years in a coal mine without replacement).

Wide Range of Applications:

The material is suitable for the production of pipes, window structures, municipal utility products, molded items, drone parts (including casing and other parts), railway sleepers, poles (including lamp posts), and other products.

Documentation and Team:

A complete set of business documentation on the project is available: calendar plan, business plan and financial model. A team has been formed and prepared for a rapid project implementation. 

We also have all necessary R&D documentation on the material and its production process, technical documentation for project, certificates, confirming certain material parameters, material access approval for mines. We also have a sample pipe that was produced earlier.
